Our Terms and Conditions

Samples
Samples are given free of cost up to a certain quantity (applicable only to potential buyers). The buyer is required to produce either a FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT account number or pay courier charges in advance.

New Development
We ensure and maintain our customer’s confidentiality in respect to the designs and updates. Therefore, please feel absolutely safe to send us your design and update.
FYI: UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX can deliver the sample in 4-5 working days.

Minimum Order
The minimal order value is USD 1,000. Trial orders that fall below this billing may be negotiable under special terms. Payment terms are 100% against irrevocable letter of credit or 50% advance against our Proforma Invoice and the remaining 50% through bank on producing the shipping documents or 30% advance and balance by wire transfer at the time of shipment.

Delivery
The normal delivery period for all orders is between 4 to 8 weeks

Packaging:
This is as per buyer’s requirement. Special packaging as per customer requirements can be provided at extra costs as applicable.
